With headquarters in Tarrytown, NY, Optimum Semiconductor Technologies (OST) is a fabless semiconductor company providing highly-integrated Systems on Chips (SoCs) for thriving electronics markets across the globe.
The company’s processors are designed for applications across communications, autonomous vehicles and intelligent transportation, smart cities, industrial automation, robotics, and machine vision. With its powerful embedded artificial intelligence (eAI) algorithms and support for Heterogeneous Systems Architecture (HSA) processing, OST’s technology is designed to be used in ultra-smart and highly efficient third party products. The company pursues excellence by innovating at all levels of design from algorithms to semiconductors.
OST's innovative technologies are developed by its leading engineering team that encompasses product reference design, hardware engineering, applications and software, and software tools group. The company continues to grow the team that originated through a 2010 deal with Sandbridge Technologies through which OST licensed Sandbridge's technologies and retained a majority of the Sandbridge engineering team -- veterans of IBM, Philips and Lucent.

Kerry Li
Chair of the Board
Kerry Li is Chair of the Board of Optimum Semiconductor Technologies, Inc. Prior to joining OST, Mr. Li founded Wuxi DSP, where he served as Chairman and Presidentf of the company which focused on the design of DSP chips. Previously, Mr. Li was engaged in development of advanced automobile electronics and other high-tech products in both China and the U.S. He also worked at JP Morgan Chase, focusing on financial investments. Mr. Li received his M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
John Glossner
CEO
Dr. John Glossner is President of the HSA Foundation and CEO of Optimum Semiconductor Technologies, Inc. and its affiliate company General Processor Technologies (GPT). Previously he served as Chairman of the Board of the Wireless Innovation Forum. He previously co-founded Sandbridge Technologies and received a World Economic Forum award. Prior to Sandbridge, he managed both technical and business activities in DSP and Broadband Communications at IBM and Lucent/Starcore. Dr. Glossner received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from TU Delft in the Netherlands, M.S. degrees in E.E. and Eng. Mgt. from NTU, and a B.S.E.E. degree from Penn State. John has more than 120 publications and 36 issued patents.
Gary Nacer
COO & President
Gary Nacer is President and COO of Optimum Semiconductor Technologies, Inc. and its affiliate company General Processor Technologies (GPT). He brings more than 30 years of experience in product development including devices, signal processors and telecommunications products/systems. Prior to joining OST, Mr. Nacer was VP of SandBridge Technologies, and before that he served as a Development Director within the Access Business Unit at Lucent Technologies. He has held various management, leadership and development roles at AT&T Bell Laboratories. Mr. Nacer holds an M.S.E.E. degree from Polytechnic Institute of New York and a B.S.E.E. degree from Pratt Institute of New York.
